What is Solis System?

Solis System is an all-in-one CRM and management platform for solar and photovoltaic companies. It replaces the spreadsheets and disconnected tools installers normally use, and covers the whole job in one place: leads, quotes, projects, installation follow-up, after-sales, inventory and scheduling — from first contact to final commissioning. It is published by OPSX and runs in the browser, in French and English.

Who is Solis System for?

It is built for photovoltaic installers and solar energy companies — from a small team of technicians to a company running dozens of installations at once. Sales staff work the pipeline and send quotes, project managers track jobs to commissioning, field technicians use it on a phone from the roof, and management watches the KPIs on the dashboard.

Which modules does Solis System include?

Twelve modules ship as standard: Dashboard, CRM Pipeline, CRM Overview, Quotes, Calendar, After-sales (SAV), Inventory, Notifications, Settings, Workspace, Account and full mobile access. They share one database, so a lead becomes a quote, a quote becomes a project and a project becomes an after-sales file without anything being re-entered.

Can Solis System produce photovoltaic quotes?

Yes. The Quotes module turns your stock products into a professional solar quote and exports it as a PDF in a few minutes. Quote templates, pricing rules and prospect types are configurable in Settings, so recurring panel, inverter and mounting configurations are priced consistently rather than rebuilt by hand each time.

Does it handle after-sales and maintenance?

Yes. The after-sales module (SAV) tracks breakdowns, scheduled maintenance and warranty repairs against the original installation, so the technician who takes the call already has the site history, the equipment installed and the documents. After-sales appointments land on the same team calendar as installations.

Does Solis System work on mobile in the field?

Yes. The full CRM runs on any smartphone browser with nothing to install and everything in sync, so a technician can update a job, check stock or open a client document from the site. Installation status changes made in the field are visible to the office immediately.

Is Solis System available in French and English?

Yes. The interface, the quotes and the support are available in both French and English, and each user picks their own language in their account settings — the same workspace can run a French-speaking field team and English-speaking management.
